State Action Details

S.B. 3006 Establishes a rental assistance program for small businesses with 100 or fewer employees that have lost at least 50% of their business income. Rental assistance will be: 50% of a single month’s rent for businesses that have lost 50-71% of their income, or 100% for businesses that have lost more than 71% of gross monthly income. Rental assistance amount is reduced if the business has received financial assistance via the federal Paycheck Protection Program.
